There are three things I do when my life falls apart

當人生崩潰時 我有三件事會做

Number one I cry my eyes out and dry up my heart

第一件事 我會哭出所有的悲傷並擰乾悲痛的心

Not until I do this will my new life start

直到我這麼做時 我的新生活才會開始

So that's the first thing that I do when my life falls apart

這就是當人生崩潰時 我第一件會做的事

The second thing I do is I close both of my eyes

我會做的第二件事是闔上雙眼

And say my thank you to each and every moment of my life

對人生中的每一個際遇說聲謝謝

I go where I know the love is and let it fill me up inside

我會往有愛的地方去 並讓愛填滿我內心的空缺

Gathering new strength from sorrow

從悲傷中凝聚新的力量

I'm glad to be alive

很高興我的人生又有了活力

And things are looking up

I know above the clouds the sun is shining

我知道雲層上方的太陽正在閃耀

The third thing that I do now when my world caves in

當我的世界崩塌 第三件我現在會做的事

is I plause, I take a breath, and bow and I let that chapter end

是停下來, 深呼吸,  下台一鞠躬以結束令人悲傷的樂章

I design my future bright not by where my life has been

明朗的未來掌握在我手中而不是人生就是如此

And I try, try, try, try, try again

然後我嘗試,嘗試,嘗試,嘗試,嘗試 一次又一次
